Dominican Republic Lecture

I just returned from a short trip to the Dominican Republic lecturing to over 300 orthopedic doctors on the use of stem cells and PRP  for orthopedic problems.  I must admit that the interest was overwhelming.  Apparently stem cells and PRP is a hot topic in the D.R.  We must realize that baseball is the king in the D.R.  I would say that the interest in baseball far surpasses the interest for the NFL in the US.  I have treated a number of baseball players from the D.R. with PRP and stem cells with good results; thus the interest in treating athletes with stem cells is quite high.   If we can get a player back sooner or resurrect his career this is a good thing.

I was invited back to lecture in the D.R. again in June of 2012  and was approached to be involved in a clinic in the D.R.   We will see how things play out with no pun intended.  I will leave for Las Vegas this week to give 2 lectures at the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine ( A4M).  One lecture is will be on the use of PRP in Aesthetics on Dec.7 and the other lecture is on Dec. 9 on stem cells and PRP to the general meeting.  I am looking forward to the to the A4M meeting to discovered what new technique or item might be out there to improve the results on my patients.  I will keep everyone posted on what I discover out there.

Thanks Dr.P
